I hereby authorise House Hunt Selly Oak Ltd to verify all details given, including contacting referees and obtaining a banker’s reference and credit check as required. I agree to the disclosure of reference replies to the landlord(s) or their agents for the property I am applying for.

I understand that this application does not constitute an offer or contract of tenancy, and that House Hunt Selly Oak Ltd is under no obligation to provide reasons should they choose not to offer me a tenancy.

Any personal data provided to House Hunt Selly Oak Ltd will be used in relation to any current or potential tenancy involving me, and may be shared with third parties including, but not limited to, contractors, local authorities, utility suppliers, the landlord, or any other relevant party for tenancy-related communication only.

House Hunt Selly Oak Ltd will retain my personal data for the duration of any services provided to me, and for at least five (5) years thereafter, in accordance with legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements. My data will be stored securely at all times.

Should I wish to withdraw my consent for data retention or sharing, I understand that I must notify House Hunt Selly Oak Ltd in writing. I acknowledge that this may result in the termination of services or communications offered to me.

By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the privacy policy of House Hunt Selly Oak Ltd.
