General Rules + Safety

• Please avoid spray-on sunscreen — We ask that you use lotion-based sunscreen instead, as spray products can damage the boat’s interior. And please apply lotion carefully to avoid staining upholstery or making surfaces slippery.
• No alcohol during your session — For everyone’s safety, we don’t allow alcohol consumption during charters or lessons.
• No outside coolers — We provide what you need for a great time. To help keep things safe and organized, we ask that you leave coolers at home.
• Arrive on time — Your session will begin within 15 minutes of your scheduled arrival time. If you arrive late, your ride time may be shortened.
• Rescheduling policy — We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, you may reschedule at no cost if you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your session, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply. No-shows will forfeit the session with no refund or credit.
• We’ll reschedule for bad weather — If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll work with you to find another time that works.

Raleigh E-Foils Liability Waiver and Release

Please read carefully — by signing this document, you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

I understand that riding and learning to ride an eFoil is an activity that comes with risks. These risks include serious injury, property damage, or even death.

By signing below, I agree to the following:

I accept the risks. I understand that using or learning to use an eFoil can be dangerous. I choose to participate anyway and take full responsibility for my safety.
I release Raleigh E-Foils LLC, Lift Foils/MHL Customs, and their owners, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from all liability for any injury, death, property damage, or loss I may experience. This applies even if caused by negligence.
I take full responsibility. I accept all risks and costs related to using or operating the eFoil, and I won’t hold Raleigh E-Foils or its partners responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses.
I will cover any claims. If someone else gets hurt or something goes wrong because of my actions or use of the eFoil, I will cover any costs or claims brought against Raleigh E-Foils or its partners.
Legal details. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. I understand that I’m not relying on anything said to me that isn’t written in this document.

By signing, I confirm that:

• I’ve read and understood this agreement.
• I’m signing it freely and voluntarily.
• I’m of legal age and mentally competent.
• I understand that I’m giving up legal rights by signing.

For Parents or Guardians of Minors

I am signing this agreement for my child(ren) as their parent or legal guardian. I understand and agree to everything in this waiver, and I accept the same risks, responsibilities, and release of liability on their behalf.

I’ve read this document, understand what it means, and know that I’m giving up important legal rights — for both myself and my child. I’m signing it willingly, without being promised anything, and I intend this to be a full and binding release of liability as allowed by law.
