2025 BIG HBCU Battle of the Bands "Battle For The South" Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2025 BIG HBCU Battle of the Bands, taking place on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Charles W. Johnson Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina. To apply, please complete the vendor registration form below. If your application is approved, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to secure your vendor space. Please note: Approved vendors must submit payment within 10 days of approval to reserve their space. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we will move on to the next applicant on the waiting list. Each vendor space includes a 10x10 area. If you require additional space, please note your request in the “Special Requests” section of the form. Standard Vendor Fees: Food Truck: $450 Non-Food Vendor: $200
