    By clicking the “Submit” button, you authorize Auto-Owners Insurance to charge your agency’s monthly billing statement for fifty percent (50%) of the selected package amount to cover your out-of-pocket portion of the program. The remaining fifty percent (50%) will be deducted from your agency’s co-op advertising budget.

    For example, if a package priced at $1,000 per month for three (3) months is selected, a total of $1,500 will be billed to your agency’s monthly statement in installments of $500 per month, and $1,500 will be deducted from your co-op budget.

    In the event that your co-op budget does not contain sufficient funds to cover its portion, the outstanding balance will be charged to your agency’s monthly billing statement in additional installments. Under no circumstances will the total amount billed exceed the full cost of the package selected
