Tri-Tender Registration Form

Important notes:

Kayaks are provided by Riverside Rentals but each team must provide their own bicycle.

Registration fee is $30 for an individual or $100 for a team of four.

Registration fee includes an event t-shirt for each team member to be provided at the end of the race.

Registration fee and completed form must be turned in no later than August 27nd at 5pm, eastern.

Registration fee can be made in person to Nathan at 623 West 11th Street, Winamac, IN, 46996 (Please include your name and that of your team with your payment.)

Race will begin with promptly at 1pm on Saturday, Sept 13th at Winamac’s Train Depot (on the corner of N.Logan and S. Main Street). The entire team must be present to go over instructions and race info before we begin.

Anyone aged 13 through 15 must be members of a team in order to participate.

Anyone aged 16 and 17 may participate either as an individual or team member.

Guardian consent forms for those under 18 will be provided prior to the start of the race, so please bring your legal guardian on Race Day.

Failure to do so will mean that you (and your team if you are part of one) will be unable to race. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
