BIG BLUE AFTER SCHOOL 2025-26
Big Blue After School (BBAS) is a faith-based program, sponsored by the River of Life Fellowship, for children 1st to 6th grade.
We meet Tuesdays (Grades 1-3) and Thursdays (Grades 4-6) at Big Blue Community Center, located at 208 Colorado Avenue in Ordway.
Our goal is to provide a safe environment for your kids to experience God’s love through games, friendships, snacks, music, and just plain fun!
Big Blue will meet only when Crowley County Elementary is in session.
Fall session starts September 30th
Spring Session starts January 13th

Tuesday – Big Blue After School grades 1-3, meets from 4-5:30 p.m.
We will provide adult volunteers who will meet students at the elementary and will walk them to Big Blue every Tuesday.

Thursday – Big Blue After School grades 4-6, meets from 4-5:45 p.m.
We will provide adult volunteers who will meet students at the elementary and will walk them to Big Blue every Thursday.

All students will need a completed registration form with a parent signature in order to attend.

By signing below and as parent/guardian of the children listed above, I assume all of the risk for my child/children as they participate in Big BlueAfter School Activities, including any risk that may arise from negligenceor carelessness on the part of the River of Life Fellowship or BBASdirectors, employees, and volunteers, which may result in any loss,damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by mychild/children while participating in any Big Blue After School activity, orwhile on the premises of Big Blue, where the program is beingconducted. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which would exempt my child from participating in Big BlueAfter School. I give personnel at Big Blue After School my permission to seek medical attention for my child/ren in the event of an emergency if I cannot be contacted. I understand that as a participant, my child may be photographed or videotaped during BBAS activities. These photos/videos may be used in promotional materials and/or the website.

Ordway residents only: We highly recommend that Ordway
parents/guardians pick their children up at the conclusion of the
after-school program. There will not be a designated ‘Ordway’ bus so
there is a limited amount of space available on the vans for Ordway
children and as such we cannot guarantee a spot. Please check one of

BBAS PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION to Sugar City, Olney Springs, Crowley
and very limited to Ordway. If you would like to use this service, please
sign the consent below. I, the parent/guardian, recognize the risk of
physical injury to vehicle passengers, and I voluntarily agree to assume
the full risk, waiving all claims for injuries, damages or loss, which my
child/children may sustain as a result of transportation provided by Big
Blue After School & the River of Life Fellowship. By signing below, I agree to the above waiver, giving permission for the child/children being registered to be given a ride home after BBAS actvities.
