Who Can Attend:
Kids ages 5 and above

What to Expect:

This free community event is designed to empower kids with the tools they need to stand up to bullying. Your child can attend both days of the seminar at no cost!

They will learn how to:
✅ Recognize and avoid bullying situations
✅ Build confidence and self-respect
✅ Use their voice and body language to stand up for themselves
✅ Practice real-life scenarios in a safe, supportive environment
✅ Learn basic self-defense techniques based on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Dates:
🗓️ August 23 & August 30, 2025 | Starts at 10 AM (Please arrive at least 10 minutes early)

We are located near Walmart at the Oro Valley Market Place

What to Wear:
Please wear comfortable clothes or athletic wear. No special equipment needed.
