  • About Liz

Liz is a passionate dog owner and agility trainer whose journey into the sport began in 2021 when her first dog sparked a deep fascination with agility and behavior training. Though relatively new to the competitive scene, Liz brings a lifetime of dog devotion and a unique professional background that enriches her approach to training.

Drawing from her years as a professional dancer and dance instructor in New York City, Liz's teaching style is characterized by enthusiasm, encouragement, and dynamic energy. Her ability to break down complex movements and concepts into accessible components—refined during her dance career—translates strongly to the precise world of dog agility.

Liz is dedicated to helping teams find success both inside and outside of the ring. She approaches training with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine curiosity about the "why" behind canine behavior and agility training methodology. This commitment to understanding the foundations of dog training has made her a perpetual student of the sport.

Her training philosophy centers on building intentional foundations and creating clarity in communication between handlers and their dogs. Liz welcomes students of all ages and skill levels, bringing the same passion and personalized attention to beginners and advanced students alike.
