If you have an early access code from placing an order over $175 the week before, you can access the form with your code beginning Sunday @ 10 AM until Tuesday @ 2 PM.

ACCESS CODE
Orders are now being accepted for next week's menus (the menus are up on our Instagram, @family.meal.la). The ordering window closes this Saturday at 5 PM. If any items are sold out, they will show up as such on this menu. Feel free to email us at itsfamilymealLA@gmail.com with any questions or issues. Thank you!

Before Placing Your Order, Please Note Some Changes:

Orders under $100 are pick-up only

Orders between $100 + $150 - the delivery fee is $10

Orders over $150 - delivery fee is waived

Orders over $175 receive an early access code in the order confirmation email, giving you access to next week's order form from Sunday @ 10am - Tues @ 2pm

Pick-Up Info

The pickup window is from 4-7 PM on Wednesdays.

For menu items ordered for pick-up, our exact Highland Park location and all details will be included in your email confirmation once your order is submitted. The star on the map below shows our general location. Items will be labeled with your name in our pick up fridge or freezer.

Note: order totals under $100 are pick-up only. For orders between $100 and $150, delivery is $10. For orders over $150, the delivery fee is waived.

Items will be transported in a cooler bag and delivered to your doorstep cold or frozen - ready to be transferred to your fridge, freezer, or to be heated + served.

If no one is able to collect your items for an hour + after the delivery window closes, please leave an insulated bag or cooler at the drop-off location, and we will place your items inside. We will send you a text to confirm your items have been dropped at your doorstep.

Currently, we are only accepting payment via Venmo or Zelle. For Venmo, please scan our Venmo QR code here or send payment to @familymealLA . For Zelle, please send payment to our email: itsfamilymealLA@gmail.com

Payment is due as soon as your order is submitted. When sending payment, please include your name or confirmation # (found in your order confirmation email, and on the next page after you click "Submit Order") as the memo.
