THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST
IN OUR EVENT
Thank you for your interest in participating in our Meet the Neutrals event for the construction industry, to be held in connection with the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law's 2026 Midwinter Conference "Changing Landscapes: NEW AND EFFECTIVE ADR STRATEGIES."
This networking event will be held on February 5, 2026 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Dana Point, CA. All participants in this event must register separately for the 2026 Midwinter Conference directly through the ABA. More information is available here: Forum on Construction Law Events Page.
We are soliciting applications for arbitrators and selectors who seek to participate in the speed-networking component of the event. The event is designed to connect those who select ADR professionals in the construction industry (Selectors) with arbitrators and other neutrals (Neutrals) with whom they may not have previously worked.
The Ray Corollary Initiative, Inc. (RCI) is working with the American Bar Association, to host this event as part of the RCI's mission to identify and utilize all of the available talent in the dispute resolution field. Specifically, the RCI seeks to provide opportunities for Selectors and qualified Neutrals, who have not had the same exposure as more established Neutrals, to meet, connect, and overcome some of the difficulties that exist in forming new business relationships.
While every opportunity will be made to allow as much participation as possible for this event, space and time limitations will limit the number of applicants selected. Currently, there are seats for thirty-six (36) Neutrals and between 100-144 Selectors.
For Neutrals, candidates will be screened for a base level of professional qualifications for eligibility. Preference will be given to those with at least ten (10) years of ADR experience.
DEADLINE FOR TIMELY REGISTRATION IS NOON EASTERN TIME, DECEMBER 31, 2025. All registrants who meet this deadline will be notified by January 15, 2026.
LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED THROUGH NOON EASTERN TIME, JANUARY 16, 2025. Late registrants are not guaranteed a seat in the program. Late registrants will be notified of their status by January 15, 2026.
