Vendors must have vehicles unloaded and moved to the designated parking area by 10am. Set up should be complete by 11am.

Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tables/chairs/tent (tents are optional).  We will do our best to move everyone indoor in the event of heavy rain but please be prepared for vending in very light rain/drizzle, cool weather, etc.

All tear down must be completed by 5:30pm.  Vendors are encouraged to stay the full event time but will not be forced to do so; however, in the interest of respecting all vendors please let us know before hand if you can only be there for a partial day and what times so we can open a partial-day space for someone else.

We ask that you respect the property and other vendors.  Do not leave trash behind.

You are responsible for taking payments for your sales. No change or payment options will be available through the venue or organizer.

Should you need to cancel, the space fee is non-refundable but can be applied to another event we host within 1 year. This can be done one time, if you cancel on a second event, the retainer will be considered liquidated damages.

Host and venue are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure that you have someone at your booth at all times.  Host and venue are not responsible for injury.  Please be aware our parking lot is loose gravel.  Some booths will be set up in grass along the edge of the parking lot and some will be set up on a concrete patio.  If you have any physical special needs that require you to be in a specific type of location please let us know before paying your event fee so we can ensure there is an appropriate space available.

 

By paying for your space you acknowledge these terms and agree to them.
