  • Statement of Faith

    It is really important that we know what we believe in life. At Forest Home, we find it important to hire people that have the same passion for the Gospel that we do. For the following questions, please mark whether you agree with each statement.
  • We believe in the inspiration of the Old and New Testaments, and hold them to be the very Word of God: infallible, inerrant in the original writings, and of supreme and final authority in faith and life.*
  • We believe in one true and living God, who is infinite and all-knowing, perfect in all His attributes, and eternally existing as three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.*
  • We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His substitutionary atonement for sin, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to power and glory.*

  • We believe in the Great Commission given to the Church to go into all the world and make disciples of all peoples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and teaching those who believe to obey all that Christ commanded.*
  • We believe that the Bible, as God’s inspired Word, is the sole authoritative source of guidance and direction on all matters relating to lifestyles and relationships of individuals, couples and families.*
  • We believe in the sanctity of all human life, which is precious and a gift from God to be respected and protected through all its stages, from conception to natural death.*
  • We believe that marriage is a sacred union ordained by God between one biological man and one biological woman. We also affirm that sexual intimacy is a gift from God, to be enjoyed exclusively within the covenant of marriage.*

  • A little heads up: Forest Home will officially be looking at applications on October 1st.  If you apply before then, we ask for patience until that date. After October 1st, we do our best to review all applications within 3 days. The longest we take is one week, so if you don't hear back within a week, something went wrong and we want to fix it! You can email hr@foresthome.org for any questions and we will find out what wasn't working in the system and get it fixed quickly. We are excited at the prospect of you working here next year and can't wait to learn more about you!
