Stylistic Oasis LLC is a custom wig and hair extension company. We custom color all units and custom make all units. Wigs will not come out exactly the same each time. This applies to color, bob cut lengths, curls, baby hairs etc. Upon ordering we do put forth our best effort to create the units exactly the same.

We are held accountable only if a mistake is made on our end and a complaint is filed via customer service email to (StylisticOasiis@gmail.com) to handle and complaints. Stylistic Oasis LLC has up to 30 business days to complete and ship your order including restock orders. Upon agreeing, you give up all rights to file a dispute against the company from any supporting credit/debit card network using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. If you do not agree you will be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In an event of an exchange of product, you must return the wig(s) in the condition received, unworn, with the lace uncut and the wig not damaged. If the unit is damaged or cut from the customer, you forfeit your ability to exchange or receive a refund.

Stylistic Oasis LLC uses 10", 12", 14", and 16" for blunt cuts and bobs but they are still cut. Sometimes the bobs or blunt cuts may come a little longer for adjusting the actual person instead of the mannequin head.
