1. I understand that any misrepresentation or omission of information will be grounds for withdrawal of an employment offer or for dismissal.
我清楚明白任何虚假陈述或遗漏将会导致申请被撤销或受到免职处理。
2. I understand that employment is subject to approval (i.e. successfully attaining) of my work pass (i.e. for work pass holder) as specified in the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations Chapter 91A.
我清楚明白雇佣关系需建立在有效工作证的基础上 （工作准证持有者）如指定在雇佣外地人力（工作证）规例第91A章.
3. I understand that employment may be subject to medical examination in which my health must be found to be satisfactory to GKE group of companies.
我清楚明白雇佣关系有可能建立在体检合格的基础上，我的健康状况需符合锦佳集团有限公司的要求。
4. I give my consent and agree to my data being collected, used and disclosed for the purpose of processing and evaluating your application for employment (i.e. reference checks and evaluations or other screening activities in accordance with GKE Group’s HR Policy, legal or regulatory obligations or risk management procedures that may be required by law or put in place by the Group). If your application is successful, the information will be used in the administration and the management of your employment. As such, GKE may provide and/or transfer such data, whether in Singapore or outside of Singapore, to (i) any other departments / subsidiaries within the Group or if necessary, with Government agencies / Statutory Boards; (ii) any third party service provider (i.e. banks, training institutions) who provides administrative, data processing, computer or other services (including external/internal audits services, training services) to GKE.
我同意我的资料被收集、使用和披露用于进行和评估求职申请（例如：依据锦佳集团人事政策、法律法规或法律、集团所要求的风险管理流程所需要的检查、评定或其他审查）。如果申请通过，信息将用于行政及雇佣管理。同样的，锦佳需要向以下各方提供信息，无论其是新加坡境内或是境外的，(i) 任何集团内的其他部门或子公司，政府机构或法定机构（如需要）；(ii)任何向锦佳提供行政、资料处理、电脑或其他服务（包括外部审计、内部审计及培训服务）的第三方服务商（例如：银行、培训机构）。
