World EBHC Day - Visual Media Submission Form 2025

We invite people to share a piece of visual media addressing this year’s campaign theme Collaborative Knowledge Communication. These pieces will be shared on the World EBHC Day website and social media accounts. Visual media should follow the Visual Media Guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: All submissions require a 100-word (maximum) explanation of the visual media and how it relates to the campaign theme.

Submissions close: Monday, 6th October 2025

BECOMING AN EVIDENCE AMBASSADOR

Successfully publish a visial media piece and you are eligible to become a World EBHC Day Evidence Ambassador- learn more.

All contributors for this activity are welcome to become Evidence Ambassadors, please note that as part of this submission a profile image of each contributor is required, otherwise we cannot accept the individual as an Evidence Ambassador.

Advice for profile pictures

Your light source should be in front of you, not behind. For example, stand facing a window.
Keep your background simple so that you stand out.
Make sure there is plenty of room around your face. There should be some space above your head and include your shoulders in the picture.
