A virtual Coaches Briefing will be held on the evening of Sunday 17 August. Refer to timings below for each Gymsport. Each club is required to have at least one coach from each competing club in attendance, though additional coaches are welcome to join if they wish.
A Microsoft Teams link will be distributed in the week prior to the meeting, and a digital copy of the briefing will be provided afterwards for reference.

Please note that any ad-hoc changes throughout the week or on event day may require a quick catch-up at the start of warm-up. We will notify you of any updates as early as possible, and ask that you remain attentive to announcements made on the day.
