The Chromebook Loan Program is designed for students enrolled in our 1-to-1 Device Program who have placed an order through our designated vendor, Senco-Masslink, but have not yet received their device. In these cases, the IT Department will facilitate the loan of a Chromebook while students await the arrival of their ordered device. Please note that the program operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and the IT Department cannot guarantee the availability of Chromebooks.
To apply for a short-term loan, parents should complete the form below and upload a screenshot of the purchase confirmation from Senco-Masslink. Please be aware that parents who choose to purchase their device independently are not eligible for the loan program. Once availability is confirmed, the IT Department will contact parents to request a refundable deposit of HKD 3,000, which must be submitted via cheque at the school's General Office. Refunds for the deposit may take up to two months to process after the device is returned.
When a device has been allocated to your child, they will receive an email confirming the checkout of the school equipment, along with the asset tag associated with the device.
