2025–26 Registration Form

We are thrilled to welcome your family to a new season of learning and music! Please complete this short registration form. A member of our team will follow up shortly.
Please complete this form if you are a returning student or after your trial lesson to help us coordinate your weekly lesson time. After the registration form you will be prompted to review our General Policies.

New students must schedule a free trial lesson via email at info@urbanastrings.com before lessons can begin.

✅ There is a $20 Registration fee (non refundable). The registration fee can be collected at the same time as the first tuition payment.

Tuition and Rates 2025 - 2026
Tuition Rate: $85/hour, pro-rated to lesson length

Registration Fee: $20 per family (non-refundable) *can be added to the first full tuition payment

Monthly Tuition

60-minute lessons: $289/month

45-minute lessons: $216.75/month

30-minute lessons: $144.50/month

A la carte lessons are available at a higher rate. Students enrolled weekly are given scheduling priority.
