A NON-REFUNDABLE retainment is required to secure your event decor. For Venue decor ONLY; balance is due 24 hrs. prior to your event date. Otherwise if not received, customer forfeits decor and/or deposit. NOTE: Please be aware that balloons are sensitive to heat regardless of quality. If you are planning an outdoor event and would prefer to set up balloons outside, especially during the hot months (April-October) we will only be able to install decor setup in shaded areas. Please consider that balloons will not last in temperatures of 90+ degrees in direct sunlight when booking. Thank you!
