The UK North WST will take place at Mount Cook Adventure Centre, Middleton-by-Wirksworth, near Matlock, Derbyshire

Start: 3 PM Friday 26 December 2025

Finish: After lunch Wednesday 31 December 2025

This is a residential event. The cost includes accommodation and meals over the equivalent of 5 days, as well as activities for the young people. Although this is primarily an event for young people of secondary school age, families are also welcome. However parents need to be responsible at all times for children under secondary school age. Serving ones need to be at least 18 years old.

All those 18 years old and above who are staying overnight on site need to have a current DBS certificate from the UK government Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS).

Cost: £160 per person (whether child, YP or serving one). Payable in three instalments:
- £10 per person deposit payable on registration;
- £75 per person second instalment payable by 26 October;
- £75 per person final instalment payable by 30 November.
For families the maximum cost is £640

(e.g. a family of 5 would only pay £640, not £160 x 5 = £800).
