  • Mindfulness for living with cancer: eight-week course

    This online eight-week mindfulness course consists of weekly two-and-a-half-hour group sessions on Thursday evenings, 6.30pm-9pm, from 16 April 2026 to 4 June 2026. There is also an optional half-day online retreat that will take place from 10am-2.30pm, Sunday 24 May. Facilitator: Chris Barker

    • The course involves: an online one-to-one pre-course meeting with the course tutor, Chris Barker, lasting 45 minutes; eight weekly 2.5hr group sessions, 6.30-9pm, from 16 April 2026 to 4 June; and a commitment to 30 minutes of daily mindfulness home practice between sessions. There is also an optional half-day retreat from 10am-12.30pm on Sunday 24 May. Having checked all the dates and times, can you foresee any difficulties that you may have with doing this?*
