To be considered for Director, a volunteer position on the AMFP National Board of Directors, please complete the following.
Directors serve as voting members of the Board with oversight responsibilities for the organization's governance, strategy, and financial health. Each Director has specific leadership oversight responsibility for designated Director At-Large positions, creating a clear reporting structure and balanced workload.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and oversight of the Association's strategic plan
- Monitor organizational performance against strategic goals and objectives
- Ensure financial integrity by reviewing financial statements and approving annual budgets
- Provide oversight and support assigned Director At-Large positions
- Serve as Board liaison to at least one committee or chapter as assigned by the President
- Identify and recruit potential future board members and leaders
- Vote on matters brought before the Board including policies, bylaws changes, and strategic initiatives
- Serve as ambassadors for AMFP at industry events and with external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and implementation of member value programs
- Maintain awareness of trends and developments in healthcare facilities management
