    To be considered for Vice President, an Executive Committee volunteer position on the AMFP National Board of Directors, please complete the following.
  • The Vice President oversees the implementation of the Association's strategic plan, ensuring alignment of activities with strategic goals. The Vice President’s term is two years (even years).

     

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide regular strategic implementation progress reports to the Board 
    • Collaborate with President to develop strategic planning sessions and retreats as needed 
    • Monitor progress toward strategic goals and objectives 
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic success 
    • Monitor and report on the strategic implementation dashboard for Board review 
    • Ensure alignment between committee activities and strategic priorities 
    • Review chapters annual business plans against national strategy, provide feedback to Board and chapters 
    • Collaborate with Directors and Directors At-Large on strategic initiatives 
    • Lead strategic implementation reviews with the Board at regularly scheduled meetings 
    • Align strategic initiatives with operational activities in collaboration with the Executive Director  
    • Facilitate annual strategic plan review and update processes 
    • Identify potential barriers to strategic implementation and develop solutions 
    • Assist in developing chapter annual priorities with national strategic priorities 
    • Coordinate strategic communications to membership and stakeholders 
    • Assume the duties of the President-Elect if they are unable to complete their term
