2026 ICLA Winter Symposium Stipend Application Form

Each year ICLA launches a stipend program that is designed to provide support to members facing challenges or hardships. The stipends are available for any ICLA member. However, consideration given for years of ICLA membership, interest in leadership roles, and responses to short-answer questions.

We will be awarding stipends valued at $1,475 ($475 registration fee + $1,000 in travel expenses) for the 2026 Desert Cactus ICLA Winter Symposium, January, 19 - 21, 2026. ICLA Winter Symposium will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada in conjunction with the Sport Licensing & Tailgate Show Tradeshow for 2026.
