General Information
This is a free community event organized for the enjoyment of residents and guests. By reserving a place for your child, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Food and Refreshments
Complimentary food and beverages will be provided for the children.
While efforts will be made to accommodate dietary restrictions, the organizer
cannot guarantee allergen-free food (including but not limited to nuts, dairy,
gluten, soy).
All food is prepared and served in accordance with food, health and safety
guidelines.
Attendees consume food at their own risk.
Behaviour and Conduct
This is a family-friendly event. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully
toward others, including staff, volunteers, and fellow guests.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual acting
inappropriately or disrupting the event.
Children and Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and
behaviour during the event.
Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk.
The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during
the event.
By attending, you waive any claims against the organizer, venue, and
affiliated parties.
Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and
community purposes.
By attending, you grant permission to use your image in promotional materials
unless you notify the organizer in writing before the event.
Cancellations
In case of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may
be modified or cancelled. Updates will be publicized on our website and
Facebook page.
