And if you are interested in a puppy, remember: ALL PUPPIES GROW UP. And when a guardian puppy grows up, their behaviors must be attended to, focused on, and honored. Before submitting an application, please make sure you have had an open and thorough conversation with **everyone in your household**. It’s essential that all members are fully on board and understand the responsibility involved. The dogs in our care often come from extremely traumatic situations. Many have been severely neglected, abused, or starved. They need homes that are patient, understanding, and willing to invest time in their healing and adjustment. If you're truly ready to open your heart and home to a dog in need — and to be part of their recovery journey — we welcome your application with gratitude. --- We do NOT make guarantees about a dog’s behavior, temperament, energy level, compatibility with children or other pets, level of training, or adaptability. These dogs come from highly unpredictable and often traumatic backgrounds.
