  • Project Overview.

    Your Project Overview response should include:

    • Project Overview: Describe the core components of your proposed project, including key activities, method(s) of delivery, and strategies. Please also include a high-level timeline, noting that the Grant Funds need to be fully deployed by October 2026.
    • Target Population: Clearly define the population you aim to serve (e.g., youth, adult learners, career changers, justice-involved individuals) and explain how your approach is tailored to meet their specific needs.
    • Goals & Outcomes: Identify the expected outcomes of your project. Explain how your proposed activities will lead to these outcomes and how they align with any of the grant’s goals:
      • Increasing on-the-job training and workbased learning
      • Aligning career pathways and stackable credentials with industry demand
      • Establishing or contributing to a regional competency model
      • Increasing community awareness and access to manufacturing careers.
    • Sustainability: Describe how the project will be sustained or expanded beyond the grant period.
