- Target Population: Clearly define the population you aim to serve (e.g., youth, adult learners, career changers, justice-involved individuals) and explain how your approach is tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Goals & Outcomes: Identify the expected outcomes of your project. Explain how your proposed activities will lead to these outcomes and how they align with any of the grant’s goals:
  - Increasing on-the-job training and workbased learning
  - Aligning career pathways and stackable credentials with industry demand
  - Establishing or contributing to a regional competency model
  - Increasing community awareness and access to manufacturing careers.
- Sustainability: Describe how the project will be sustained or expanded beyond the grant period.
