    By selecting "Yes" and submitting this form, I grant Tales from the Shift a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to record, edit, and share my audio, video, photos, and screenshots from the recording session publicly in any way and form.

     

    I waive any right to review or approve the final episode before publication.

     

  • Guest Rights to Footage and Reposting

    By selecting "Yes" and submitting this form, I understand that I will be provided with a link to the show after it's completed.

    I am granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit, use, and distribute this footage as I see fit, in perpetuity.

    Additionally, I am permitted to repost the final video and/or audio of the Tales from the Shift episode as released by Robert Shane Peterson on my own platforms, with my own titles and branding, provided I include a credit to Tales from the Shift and a link to the official episode. 

    I agree to use the footage and reposted episode in a manner that respects the collaborative spirit of Tales from the Shift, avoiding edits or uses that could misrepresent the show or Robert Shane Peterson (e.g., by implying endorsements or statements that were not made).

    To maximize the visibility of the stories and information shared, I am encouraged to promote both my reposted version and the official Tales from the Shift episode to my audience.

  • Responsibility for Guest Contributions

    By selecting "Yes" and submitting this form, I confirm that my contributions to Tales from the Shift (e.g., statements, stories, or materials shared during the show) do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. 

    I am solely responsible for any legal claims arising from my contributions, including claims related to my use or distribution of the provided footage, and I agree to indemnify Robert Shane Peterson and Tales from the Shift against such claims.

    I understand that any disputes, including those related to footage usage, will first be addressed through mediation in Kane County, Illinois, USA and if unresolved, will be governed by the laws of Kane County USA.

    By selecting "Yes" and submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood all terms in this agreement, including my rights to episode footage.

    I have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek legal advice if needed. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and am at least 18 years of age.
