2025 NHCPC Scholarship Application

Complete this application by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, September 12, 2025 in order to be considered.

The Connecticut Health Care Coalition has funding available to sponsor registration, travel, meals and mileage for active Coalition members, partners, and guests to attend the upcoming National Healthcare Coalition Preparedness Conference. This conference is planned for December 1-3, 2025 at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas.

Both Partners and Active Member Organization participants are welcome to apply for this opportunity - see details regarding member type in the CT HCC Bylaws. Members who attended NHCPC via a CT HCC Scholarship in the past can apply again.

Applicants who are approved by a majority vote during the Executive Committee Meeting on September 23, 2025 will complete their travel arrangements.

Considerations before applying:

All applicants will be contacted by the Readiness & Response Coordinator to inform you if you were selected to attend the Conference. Please do NOT register or purchase anything until your approval to attend is confirmed.
Registrations have already been secure. However, approved members will make their own flight and hotel reservations.
All registration and travel costs (travel, hotel, per diem, etc.) will be reimbursed by CT HCC AFTER member attends the conference and submits all applicable receipts. A packet will be distributed no later than September 30, 2025 describing travel and reimbursement policies in greater detail.
