2026 Buy-A-Pro Contract

I, (trainer's name)*hereby donate to the NRHyA two (2) training lessons for the year of 2026.

The purchaser shall contact the trainer/agent and be responsible for any and all charges/fees related to execution of this contract. NRHA is not responsible for any costs, expenses, or charges relative to execution of the contract by the training facility not contained or recorded in this contract. There will be no refunds. NRHA’s involvement in, and responsibility for, the Buy a Pro Program terminates, except as otherwise provided in this
agreement, upon the transfer of training session to the purchaser. Videos of any session are not to be for commercial use unless reviewed/given permission
by NRHA and the NRHA Professional.

Trainer Conditions: The Trainer will offer two (2) lessons (hours of each lesson will be determined solely by the NRHA Professional). Buyer may be charged
for additional stall requests. Trainer must be a current NRHA Professional the year that the contract is donated.

*Donations submitted for sale at auction will be sold to the highest bidder. Following the auction, unsold donations will be sold at the minimum fee of $175. All other conditions of this contract apply to donations sold at auction.

Trainer, Purchaser, and NRHA/NRHyA stipulate that all terms and conditions of this contract will be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of
Oklahoma.
