Use this form to register for the STEAM class taught by Ms. Lisa. Classes are on Thursdays, 1:35-2:35. Fall Session - September 10-December 10, 2026 (No Class 11/26). Spring Session - January 14-May 13, 2027 (No Class 3/18).

We agree that our child may attend Riverbend Christian School's STEAM Class on Thursday, until 2:35 p.m. When the children is brought to school, he/she will be left in the presence of a staff member and will be released only to the parents or to those who the parents have provided written authorization to pick up the child. I understand that at the 1:30 pick up, my child will be escorted from their regular classroom to the Spanish classroom. I acknowledge with my signature below.

Tuition & Fees
In the event that I decide to withdraw my child from Riverbend Christian School, I understand that any withdrawal refund will be based on the requirement to provide a 30-notice of withdrawal.

I understand that late fees will apply for late pick up should I fail to pick up my child by 2:35 p.m., unless I have already enrolled my child to attend After Care on Thursdays.

I understand that the tuition will be pro-rated if my child begin after the session started.
