    1) Winners must agree to submit to a polygraph examination upon request, which will be administered by an independent party following the weigh in. All decisions based upon results of the polygraph are final. 2) In the event of a negative test results the team will be immediately disqualified and the next highest weight will be advanced accordingly 3) Prize money will be awarded based two day total combined weight per boat, any ties will be divided. Day 2 will be cut to 40 boats. Top 40 from Day 1 fish Day 2. 4) No jet drive boats allowed in this event. 5) Largemouth Bass 15”, Spotted Bass 18” Smallmouth. 1 Smallmouth per person. 6) Blast off will be at Dayton Boat Dock. Boats must be checked in before the morning of tournament and checked in at official blast off check in time. 7) Mandatory Pre Tournament Meeting October 17th 8) Field limited to 200 boats. 9) Fish will not be allowed weighed in that are mangled/bruised. 10) Weight in time will be verified when Anglers check in at Pre Tournament Meeting/Auction. 11) All fished measured mouth closed, tail fanned or pinched. 12) All boats must be equipped with operating live well prior to start. 13) Five (5) fish creel limit per boat.15) Artificial baits only. 14) No trolling allowed– Maximum rod length 8 foot. 15) Starting times will be declared by a draw at the pre-tournament meeting. 16) Late boat check in one (1) pound per minute. 17) Both anglers must be 16 years of age, parental consent required. 18) Fishing not permitted 50 yards from another Angler 19) All Anglers must wear life jacket and kill switch any time big engine is running. 20) All boats must have operating kill switch. 21) One pound penalty and loss of fish fo a short fish. 22) 6 oz penalty for dead fish 23) No dead fish will be accepted for big Fish 24) Any protests must be lodged in writing 30 minutes before weigh in. 25) Boats must be fully insured, with information provided below. In the Event of Bad Weather we will use Sunday October 19th as our tournament day. 26) No Information, No Guides September 18th 2025 - October 19th 2025. 27) No Way points outside of your co-angler purchased, received September 18th/October 19th, 2025. 28) No soliciting information to Lake Chickamauga from September 18th-October 19th, 2025. 29) TVA Online Lake Information ONLY Allowed. 30). Cell phones only allowed for Emergency only during tournament competition days October 18th and 19th. 31) Anglers not allowed to contact another competitor during tournament. 32) No Hole sitting allowed. 33) Day 2 will be cut to the top 40 boats. Day 1 Leader will go out Boat #1. Top 100 boats Kentucky qualify, top 100 boats Douglas Qualify. All decisions by tournament committee are Final. 34) No Locking Allowed

    In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Casting for Kids Bass Tournament on October 18th-19th 2025, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Casting for Kids, its officers, servants, agents, and all sponsors (hereinafter referred to as "releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases, or otherwise, while participating in the tournament, or while in, on or upon the premises where the tournament is being conducted, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the tournament. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with being on the premises and participating in the tournament, and I am fully aware that there may be risks and hazards unknown to me connected with being on the premises and participating in the tournament, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the tournament, to enter upon the tournament premises and engage in activities knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous or dangerous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my being a participant in the tournament, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise. This waiver shall be binding on my heirs and assigns in the event of my death or disability. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the releases listed above for any loss associated with my actions during this event.
