2026 NHIF Fellow Application
Sponsored by the National Home Infusion Foundation (NHIF), the Fellow Program seeks to advance the infusion profession through practice, excellence, and leadership. NHIA Fellows, in addition to receiving the honor, will have the opportunity to work with selected industry professionals to foster and promote mentoring of future industry leaders.

FNHIA status can be earned by infusion industry professionals working in a wide range of capacities:
- Clinicians ‒ pharmacists, nurses & dietitians
- Pharmacy technicians
- Operations
- Nutrition support
- Reimbursement and revenue cycle
- Intake
- Sales and marketing
- Leadership
To be eligible for consideration as a Fellow, please ensure this application is completed in full. Applications that are incomplete will not be reviewed. If you have questions or need additional information, contact NHIF at fellowprogram@nhia.org.
