Employee Referral Program

Get bonuses if we hire someone you refer to work at TLC!
Here's how the program works:

Employees need to fill out this form prior to the applicant’s interview to be eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus.

Receive $50 when the employee is hired.

After 90 days of employment (with satisfactory performance), employee who referred will receive $150 for Full Time Referral or $50 for Part Time Referral.

After 180 days of employment (with satisfactory performance), employee who referred will receive $300 for Full Time Referral or $50 Part Time Referral.

After 1 year of employment (with satisfactory performance), employee who referred will receive $500 for Full Time Referral.

Restrictions:

Sorry! Hiring Managers are not eligible for this bonus if the employee is hired within the Manager’s direct reports. They can, however, receive the bonus if another manager hires their referral.

Bonuses will be paid to active employees only. No bonuses are paid if your employment is terminated.
