    To help us diagnose your tire condition remotely, please follow these quick steps:

    Take 4 clear photos — one of each tire (close up and straight on). Tip: Turn the front wheels left or right using the steering wheel to expose the full surface of the tire tread for clearer photos.
    If you notice any specific problem areas (bulges, cracks, uneven wear), please include close-up shots of those as well.

    Optional: Include a short video (10–30 seconds) walking around the vehicle, showing all four tires and any visible concerns.

    Be sure to include a photo of your license plate for vehicle matching.
