Your registration includes your seats for 2 people (one birthing person & one support person) for our in person Birth With Courage class to gain as much information as you can about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These classes are ideally taken between 23-36 weeks of pregnancy.

One Day Deep Dive: This class is held on Saturday from 10am-4pm

Three Week Series: This class is held on Sundays from 1:30pm-4:30pm

Birth With Courage One Day Deep Dive

Don't have time to attend a full series? We got your back! This class is inclusive and perfect for anyone planning to give birth at home, hospital, or birth center. This class is held on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10am-4pm

Birth With Courage Three Week Series

Our fast-paced, three-week series is designed to deliver a lot of content in a short period of time. From laboring positions to coping techniques, from inductions to holding your baby, we've got your back. This course will transform you into becoming the parent you hope to be. Each series begins on the start date listed at registration and runs for 3 consecutive weeks unless otherwise noted.

We know you want to become an amazing parent. And we're here to help you navigate your last weeks carrying your child while preparing for your birth and the postpartum time with confidence and courage. From understanding your pregnant body and helping to get baby in an optimal position, to understanding every phase of labor and how to cope with each stage, to breastfeeding and infant needs & cues, we got you. Each series begins on the start date listed at registration and runs for 4 consecutive weeks unless otherwise noted.

Because our classes often sell out, we do not offer refunds or transfers for non-medical reasons, so please be sure you can attend the class you register for! If you choose to register for class beginning after your 34th week, there are no refunds if your baby arrives before the series is over. We continue to use our community care model to deconstruct the systems of white supremacy and racism within health care, creating opportunities for equitable access to education, this refund policy goes to eliminating barriers to childbirth education.
