1. If you have NOT completed the City of Toronto's SPEC Form, please click here to complete it and connect with your Strategy & Relationship (S&R) Lead. Once you completed the SPEC form and have connected with your S&R Lead, please proceed to complete this form.

2. If you have already completed the City of Toronto's SPEC Form, and you have spoken to your S&R Lead about your project, please proceed to complete this ArtWorksTO Project Host Submission Form.
Why participate in ArtWorksTO?

Through offering a paid project opportunity to an ArtWorksTO participant, you will access a creative pool of talent with the ability to provide a fresh and dynamic voice to your communications material. As a Project Host, you are providing valuable hands-on learning opportunities, and paid work experience to indigenous, newcomer, and youth media artists.
We encourage all interested Project Hosts to contact an ArtWorksTO Program Lead prior to submitting a project form to find out more information about a specific program(s).

Each participant is allocated by ArtWorksTO a total amount of $5,000 CND tax inclusive to complete the project. Please note: work requested exceeding the $5K will need to be covered by the organization submitting the project proposal, unless otherwise stated in the project contract.
Digital Illustration
Budget Guideline: each design is valued between $250 - $1K per design based on complexity.
Graphic Design
Budget Guideline: $250 per info graphic or simple poster, $50 per page for report design. Logo Design or program identifier is valued between $250 - $1K depending on complexity of project.
Marketing/Social Media Campaign
Budget Guideline: A campaign is valued at $1,500 per monthly campaign.
Digital Photography
Budget Guideline: each edited photo is valued between $25 - $100 depending on type of photography, event or creative.
Short Video or micro-videos for social media
Budget Guideline: $5,000 per video; a short video is between 2 -5 minutes with up to 3 major edits. Micro videos for social media are up to 1 min in RT.
Website & UX Design & 3D Rendering
Budget Guideline: Value Starts at $5,000 depending on complexity of project.
Selected projects will be managed by ArtWorksTO and costs $5,000 per project. The amount will be *covered through the ArtWorksTO program. However, contributions to cover costs associated with the development of projects are much appreciated. Is your organization planning to contribute funds to this project?
