By participating in the Puppy Yoga event organized by Bodhi Yoga, I agree to the following:
Indemnification: I understand that being around live animals (dogs) involves risks, and I take full responsibility for any injuries or damages. I release Millie & Co. Miniature Poodles LLC & Bodhi Yoga and staff from any claims related to my participation.
Safety Risks: I acknowledge the potential risks (e.g., scratches, bites) involved in interacting with dogs, even well-trained ones. I agree to follow all instructions to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
All participants must remain seated/on the floor while the puppies are on the ground and interacting with them.
Photo/Video Consent: I allow Millie & Co. Miniature Poodles LLC & Bodhi Yoga to use any photos or videos taken of me during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.
By signing below, I confirm that I am 18 years or older and that I have read and accept the terms of this Release of Liability & Participation Agreement.
