Applications are open until August 29, 2025.

Step 1 - Complete this application form. Once we receive your application, our admissions team will prayerfully consider you for our upcoming school.

Step 2 - If your application is accepted, you will receive an invitation for an online video interview with our admissions team. You will receive a final answer from our admissions team within 1 week of your online video interview.

Step 3 - If you are accepted into our upcoming school, you’ll receive an acceptance letter with a payment link. You will have 48 hours to secure your place by making an online payment of the full tuition fee or your first installment, if you’re choosing the installment payment option.

Weekly Classes

KCPR online classes will be held every Wednesday from 18:30 to 21:00, and the first Thursday of the month from 19:00 to 21:00.

The school calendar is:

Semester 1: September 17 - December 4, 2025

Semester 2: January 7 - June 6, 2026

KCPR Attendance Policy

We have a high value for all students to receive everything possible from this school, and we want to honor all the work the KCPR staff puts into preparing for each class. Because of this, KCPR has a "Two Absences " attendance policy, which means each student is allowed only two absences each semester.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, this equals an absence.

If you miss more than two classes, the KCPR school administrators will contact you to help you find a solution so you do not miss any more classes. If we cannot find a solution to avoid further absences, you will not be able to continue in school.

Online Class Participation

We have a high value for all staff and students to come to every class ready to engage with our KCPR community and participate in class. Therefore, we require all staff and students to have their video cameras on and directed toward their faces for all classes.

In-Person Encounter Weekends

The KCPR in-person Encounter Weekends are a critical part of our school. These are special times of teaching, connection, and ministry, crucial for learning and growing in Kingdom culture and personal revival.

The Encounter Weekends are held all day Friday and Saturday in Cluj-Napoca on the dates listed below.

Your school fee includes the cost for lunches, coffee breaks and facility rental fees for all four encounter weekends. Students are responsible for the cost of their transportation, lodging, and breakfast and dinner on Friday and Saturday.

Attendance at the October, February and April weekends is required for participation in the school. No exceptions.

The '25 - '26 Encounter Weekend dates are:

October 24 - 25 (attendance required)

February 13 - 14 (attendance required)

April 17 - 18 (attendance required)

June 5 - 6 (attendance optional)

Small Group Placement

We do not want finances to stop someone from applying to the school. If the school fee is a challenge for you, please apply for a scholarship at KCPR-RO@arise.global.
