Hey there! Thank you so much for your interest in my work. Please be sure to carefully read everything on this page before hitting the submit button. :)

A few things to know before we dive in:

I don't tattoo fingers, toes, faces, or ears. Necks, feet, and hands are considered on a case-by-case basis after a consultation.
I won't copy other artists’ work for your tattoo, but I’m happy to create a piece inspired by your references!
My appointment minimum for a custom tattoo is $200. The Lucky Goose shop minimum is $150, so any tattoo will start at $150.
Designs are shown at the time of the appointment. I do not send them out ahead of time. I prefer to do a consultation for the design process, then we can review any designs adjustments together in person at the appointment for faster and clearer communication.
I’ll review and be in touch in regards to next steps. (Please note - Responses may take up to around a week when there is a high volume of submissions and the calendar is busy. I appreciate your patience while I give each request the attention it deserves!)

Please include detailed information regarding all of your ideas for the piece. We can review these in more detail at a consultation, but this will give me an idea of what sort of tattoo you are looking for.

If you would like words in your tattoo, please find a font(s) that you like on www.dafont.com, list them below, along with the exact wording of the tattoo. (Please triple check spelling on the words** and names/numbers/dates!)

** Please note that for any script in another language that I am unable to redesign or translate it as I am only fully fluent in English. Make sure if it is in another language that the spelling, grammar, and script are all correct.

I am 18 years or older.I am able to pay a deposit fee to confirm our agreed upon appointment time and date within 48 hours of setting the tattoo appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of when the client is sent the invoice, the reserved time slot may be forfeit. (Deposits for custom tattoos are $100. They are nonrefundable and nontransferable. So long as the deposit is not forfeit due to no-shows/cancellations, the deposit applies to the final cost of the tattoo.)I understand that a deposit invoice will be sent from Lucky Goose Tattoo to my cell phone number or email that is provided to this form after confirming an appointment time and date with the artist.I understand that appointments must be rescheduled prior to 48 hours before the scheduled time and date.
