For custom tattoo appointments with me at Lucky Goose Tattoo in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Hey there! Thank you so much for your interest in my work. Before you start channeling your ideas to summon that dream tattoo, be sure to take a moment to carefully read everything on this page before hitting the submit button.

Fill out the following form as thoroughly as you can. The more details you provide, the better I can understand your vision. In order to best assist you in the design process, it’s incredibly helpful to have alllll of these fields completed. Incomplete forms won’t be processed or responded to (they’ll be gently laid to rest in the request form void)

A few things to know before we dive in:
- I do not tattoo fingers, toes, faces, or ears. Necks, feet, and hands are considered on a case-by-case basis after a consultation.
- I will not copy other artists’ work for your tattoo, but I’m always happy to create a custom piece inspired by the style and vibes of your reference!
- My minimum for a tattoo is $150. I typically price by the piece unless it’s a larger scale project, in which cases would cost $200 per hour.
- Designs are shown at the time of the appointment. I do not send them out ahead of time. I prefer to do a thorough consultation and questionnaire in the preliminary process, then we can review any designs adjustments together in person at the time of the appointment for faster and clearer communication.
Once your request has been submitted, I’ll review it and be in touch in regards to next steps. Responses may take up to approximately two weeks when there is a high volume of submissions. I appreciate your patience while I give each request the attention it deserves.

** Please note that for any script in another language that I am unable to redesign or translate it as I am only fully fluent in English. Make sure if it is in another language that the spelling, grammar, and script are all correct.

I am able to pay a deposit fee to confirm our agreed upon appointment time and date within 48 hours of setting the tattoo appointment. (Deposits for custom tattoos are $100. They are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
