Failure to disclose accurate information may impact final results and may limit the services that can safely be performed.SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMERWhile every effort is made to achieve desired results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary depending on factors including previous services, hair or nail integrity, texture, condition, lifestyle, home care, and overall service history.RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICEBrigette’s Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service if it is determined that the requested service may compromise the health or integrity of the hair or nails, create a safety concern, or if inappropriate behavior occurs.APPOINTMENT PREPARATIONAll required consultation forms must be completed at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
