Failure to disclose accurate information may impact final results and may limit the services that can safely be performed.SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMERWhile every effort is made to achieve desired results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary depending on factors including previous services, hair or nail integrity, texture, condition, lifestyle, home care, and overall service history.RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICEBrigette’s Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service if it is determined that the requested service may compromise the health or integrity of the hair or nails, create a safety concern, or if inappropriate behavior occurs.APPOINTMENT PREPARATIONAll required consultation forms must be completed at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to complete required forms within the designated timeframe may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.PRICING DISCLAIMERService pricing is subject to change based on hair length, density, texture, nail length, nail condition, design complexity, time required, product usage, corrective work, or additional services needed during the appointment. Quotes provided before the appointment are estimates and are not guaranteed final totals.SATISFACTION POLICYClient satisfaction is important. If adjustments are needed, clients must contact Brigette’s Beauty Bar within 7 days of the original appointment. Corrections will not be offered for changes of mind, services performed by another salon or technician after the appointment, or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWSLate arrivals may require modification, rescheduling, or cancellation of services in order to maintain scheduling for all clients. Services may be refused if a condition poses a health or safety concern.LIABILITY RELEASEBy receiving services at Brigette’s Beauty Bar, clients voluntarily assume any risks associated with hair, nail, or beauty services and release Brigette’s Beauty Bar from liability for reactions, damages, injuries, or undesired results when professional standards have been followed and accurate information has not been withheld.PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENTBrigette’s Beauty Bar may photograph or record service results for educational, portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the appointment.PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONSRespectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. Brigette’s Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse current or future services to clients displaying abusive, threatening, inappropriate, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior.
