MidMichiganMayhem Restricted media application (September 12&13th)

restricted media pass: media is able to be inside the crowd fencing but not directly inside the burnout pad.

media is also able to arrive during set up day, and early entry during the event days.

Cost is $100 due prior to the show, limit (8) media passes are available, Media will be selected by the Midmichiganmayhem team based on camera equipment, and social media presence, although we do not base of following, we look for creativity and post presence.

If you are selected for media, you will recieve a instagram message from the team for verification by September 1st!

Once form is submitted, if you are selected, we will reach out for payment, you then have 7 days to pay invoice. If your invoice is not paid within 7 days, you will forfiet your pass

Not all media forms will be accepted, these are limited.

media pass will be customized to your bussiness, pass will have your logo on it.

Media pass will grant you access to all areas excluding inside the barriers of the burnout pad, the pass will grant you access inside the crowd barriers.

Liability and terms.

- not responsible or liable for property damages or bodily injury
- You will not use our show coverage to promote other shows ( it can be used to promote your business and work, just not advertising for other shows)
- Your pass stays with you at all times. No sharing passes. If you lose your pass, we do not have extra and will lose all access.
- Staying in restricted area boundaries (with this, see attached map for burnout pad, stating you are NOT allowed inside the concrete barriers with the truck. But you are able to be inside the crowd control fencing)

Violation of any of these will result in the immediate revocation of your media pass without a Refund, and will terminate any media pass available for future events held by the MidMichiganMayhem team.
