DATES: Saturday September 13th, and Sunday September 14th 2025
SANCTIONING: Both rides are sanctioned by AERC.
VETS: HEAD VET IS Susan McCartney, DVM
START TIMES: 7 AM for the 50, 8 AM for the 30, and 9 AM for the intro.
AWARDS: Completion awards will be given to all riders in all distances who complete the ride. A first place and best condition award will be given, as well as top ten prizes for the 50 and 30. No placings given for Intro riders.
REGISTRATION: Completed registration form and a $20 non-refundable deposit are required to hold your spot.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required with registration, the remaining balance to be paid before September 5th, or the full amount can be paid at time of registration. (Campsites must be booked separately.) Entry fees are due in full by midnight on Friday, September 5th. (See refund policy below.) A late fee of $40 will apply if entry fees are not paid in full by the deadline, and you will be waitlisted.
Entry fees are per rider per day as follows:
- 50 mile ride: $150 total
- 30 mile ride: $150 total
- Intro ride: $110 total
- Non-Member AERC fee $20 (applies to all riders who aren’t AERC members except intro riders.)
- Two Day Discount: Because the non-refundable deposit is only charged once per rider, if you ride for both days your second day will be $20 less than your first day! (50 & 30 $130, Intro $90)
Ride fees include the $14 CA drug fee and the non-refundable deposit, but do not include campsite fees or meals. Campsites must be booked separately.
MEALS: Dinners are available in camp on the evenings of Friday 9/12, Saturday 9/13, and Sunday 9/14 for $10-$15 per plate. A link to order and pay for your meals will be emailed to all registrants in late August.
