2025 Area 4 Meeting Registration

Dear Conservation Leaders:

Upper Musselshell Conservation District is hosting the MACD Area 4 meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025.

The meeting location is the IAGT Building (formerly the Federated Church), 15 1st St. NW, Harlowton, MT. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the meeting starting at 9:30 a.m.

All resolutions and written district reports must be submitted to the Upper Musselshell Conservation District by September 10th , so that they may be copied prior to the meeting. Please bring extra copies of any materials prepared after this date, as we will not have access to a copy machine.

An outdoor presentation will be demonstrated at this meeting so please dress appropriately.

Pre-registration forms are due September 15, 2025. Registration cost is $35 per person. When submitting your registration, please plan on paying by check or with cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

The Upper Musselshell Conservation District is looking forward to hosting the Area 4 meeting. We hope all the supervisors and administration in Area 4 will attend.
