Miss Rockabillaque Charleston 2025 - Contest Information

Contest Overview

• Part One: Application and Fee
  • Application Fee: $30 total ($15 to apply, and an additional $15 if you are selected for the final stage).
  • To apply, you must fill out the registration form, and submit a photo.
    No refunds are given after the application is submitted.
    
    
• Part Two: Contestant Selection
  • Judges will select the first 15 contestants. 
  • An additional 5 contestants will be chosen through online voting. Voting will be live after the judge’s selections are announced.
    Each person can vote once a day using a valid email address.
  • The top 5 vote-getters from online voting will advance to the final round. (Total finalist 20)
• Part Three: Trophy Girl Online Competition
  Reaming contestants still have a chance to be voted as Miss Rockabillaques Trophy Girl.

Contest Rules

• Age: All contestants must be 18 years or older and have a valid photo I.D.
• Attire: Contestants must wear era-appropriate Pinup outfits (dresses, skirts, blouses, vintage-style swimwear, etc.). No nudity, props, lingerie, or bikinis/thongs are allowed. If you're unsure, please ask for clarification or send a photo.
• Outfit Approval: If your outfit/accessories don’t meet the contest’s theme, officials will ask you to change, or you may be disqualified.
• Check-In: Contestants must arrive at the Nostalgia Moderna Booth by TBD PM for entry numbers, questions, and last-minute instructions.
• Performance: Contestants will be introduced by their stage name, answer a pre given question, and walk the stage.
• The judges will rank contestants on glamour, authenticity, and stage presence.
• Behavior: No negative attitudes, speeches, or behavior is allowed at any time. Contestants exhibiting such behavior will be disqualified.
• No Influencing Judges: Attempting to sway judges, organizers, or contributors will result in automatic disqualification and a permanent ban from future contests.

Additional Information:

• No Hair/Makeup Services: Contestants must come fully prepared, dressed with hair and makeup done at least one hour before the contest starts.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for personal belongings, so please account for all your items.
• Media Consent: By entering the contest, you agree to allow Rockabillaque’s promoters, sponsors, and photographers to use your image for promotional and advertising purposes.

Key Dates:

• Online registration open (for Miss RBQ and Trophy Girl).
• October 6th: Registration closes.
• October 13th: Judges' selections are announced, and audience voting opens.
• October 27th: Wild card selections and Trophy Girl voting begins.
• November 3rd: Wild Card Trophy Girl winner is announced.
• November 8th: Contest date.
