Rowing SA is launching a 6-month Coach Development Pilot Program — and we want your club to be part of it.
This initiative is designed to:
➡️ Strengthen the transition from school to club/university rowing
➡️ Support the development of emerging coaches
➡️ Boost athlete retention, particularly through winter
➡️ Build stronger coaching environments across SA clubs
➡️ Increase female representation in our coaching ranks
💰 Funding Support
Clubs selected for the program will receive $5,000 from Rowing SA — to be matched by the club — to help fund the nominated coach's development and participation.

Only female coaches are eligible for nomination in this round.
