Rotary Artisan Festival Vendor Form 2025

  • Artisan Festival Application

    Register to be an artist, artisan (crafter), or author. Event is Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, 9 AM to 3 PM / Congdon Gardens: 1420 Hobbs Drive, Delavan WI.
  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
    • Site is reserved after we receive $40 payment either via PayPal or snail mail.
    • Event is held outdoors rain or shine
    • No Electricity or Wi-Fi
    • Each site is 10 by 10
    • Please bring your own cash/credit machines
    • Check in begins at 7 AM
    • Drop off at site, parking off site (we will try to have shuttle available)
    • Please have your booth ready by 8:45 and please stay until 3 PM
