Read and Accept
1. If your Club is approved for sponsorship by Australian Dog Grooming School, all promotional materials related to the event including printed and online schedules must display the Australian Dog Grooming School logo. A high-resolution logo file will be provided upon confirmation.

2. As part of the sponsorship agreement, Australian Dog Grooming School is entitled to one full-page advertisement in the official show catalogue, provided at no cost to the sponsor.

3. Australian Dog Grooming School must be acknowledged as a major sponsor on the front page of the show catalogue.

4. All official club photos must prominently feature the Australian Dog Grooming School banner and/or any prize certificates supplied by the sponsor.

5. Sponsorship support may be provided in the form of prizes, products, or vouchers, at the sole discretion of Australian Dog Grooming School.

6. Australian Dog Grooming School (or a designated vendor acting on its behalf) retains the right to install a booth or promotional display of a negotiated size and location for the full duration of the event. Access to power, parking, and early setup (if needed) should be arranged with the Club in advance.

7. The sponsoring Club agrees to provide a post-event report or summary, including photos where possible, showcasing how the sponsorship was promoted and fulfilled.

Important Notes:
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will constitute a breach of the sponsorship agreement and may affect eligibility for future support.
Submission of this form is considered an application only. Approval is subject to review and availability.
If accepted, a formal sponsorship agreement will be issued. Sponsorship is not considered confirmed until this agreement is signed and returned to Australian Dog Grooming School.
