  • Victoria's Pride Street Party

    While this form is primarily for vendors at Midsumma Carnival and Pride March, you’re also welcome to express interest in participating in our closing event, Victoria’s Pride Street Party, which will take place on Sunday 8 February 2026 in Fitzroy/Collingwood. Please note that due to limited space, stalls at this event are curated based on a specific set of guidelines.

  • How long do you typically require to set up (bump-in) and pack up (bump-out) your space?

  • Vehicle Details

  • An accurate assessment of the total footprint of your vehicle is necessary to ensure all selected vendors will fit on site. Due to space constraints Vendors cannot set up seating extensions or areas.

    Please note the difference in site fees between different sized vans/trucks/trailers.

    Please note that we do not have provisions for additional marquees to be set up.

  • Power Requirements

  • A 10Amp power outlet can be included as part of your attendance fee without additional charge.

    A single 15 amp power outlet can be purchased for $115

    Midsumma events are attended by a large number of patrons with different access needs such as wheelchair users, or people with blind/low vision or deaf/hard of hearing.
    While we know food trucks are sometimes difficult to access, with high counters and operating in loud environments, we hope to provide a positive experience for all our patrons.

    I acknowledge that submitting the EOI does not guarantee participation in the preferred Events. Participating Food Vendors will be selected by Midsumma at its complete discretion.

    I acknowledge that if my EOI is successful I am required to apply for a Statement of Trade (via FoodTrader) in order to conduct business on the day of the event, and to provide a copy of the SoT to Midsumma at least one month prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in the offer to participate being rescinded.
