If you would like to serve by protecting the M Cave and be protected by it, then step forth.

But be aware: to carry the Flame is not simply a job—it is a vow.

This is not simply a “job.” This is a gate. A trial. A return to something ancient.

The M Cave is no ordinary place—it is a temple of myth, of shadow, of awakening. And those who serve within its walls do not simply “clock in”… they bear the burden of the flame.

If you feel called to protect relics, guide seekers, and stand watch over the forgotten—then carve your name into this scroll and step forward.

⚠️ If chosen, and before proceeding, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Only upon its return may you be summoned for an interview.

This is a vow. A service. A resistance. Proceed with reverence. The veil is thin.

We do not offer discounts—we offer decisions.
We are not bound to one world or another—we walk between the veils.

🛡️ Requirements & Responsibilities
To serve as a Flamebearer is to uphold something sacred.
From the image you choose to reflect outwardly…
to the words you speak to Seekers…
to the awareness you bring to even the dust beneath a relic stand—
there are protocols, and they must be followed to the letter.

These protocols will be revealed to you after your interview and during the onboarding rite.
They include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities & hierarchy
Scheduling, pay, and bonus structure
Approved language & protected truths
Dress code & personal image
Security and emergency protocols
Customer behavior response
Operational, ethical, and spiritual policies

What makes The M Cave sacred is not just the experience it offers to Seekers—
but the shelter and honor it grants to its chosen Flamebearers.

This is what sets The M Cave apart in a world drowning in commercialized promises.

This is what makes it real.

🧿 Things You Must Know
By submitting this application, you are requesting an audience with the Guardians.
That audience is not guaranteed.

If the NDA is not signed immediately upon submission, your request will be null and void,
and will never reach the inner circles of the Cave.

If your name is heard and an audience is granted, do not assume the trial is complete.
The Guardians will review all that you have revealed.
If your answers align with the mythos of the Cave,
you will be called to take your rightful place near the Flame.

🜃 The Trial of Worthiness
If called to serve, know this:
There is a 90-day evaluation process.
Even the God of Thunder lost his hammer when pride outweighed humility.

But if you are deemed worthy…
You may serve the Flame indefinitely.
You may reap the rewards The M Cave has to offer.
You may stay for as long as the Flame permits.

⚖️ A Sacred Exchange
Before any of this takes place,
a mutual promise must be made:
A sacred exchange of will and protection—
a binding contract of shared honor.

That which is offered
must be equal to that which is taken.
